Looking for an original Will or Power of Attorney?
Proulx Law Office may hold original Wills or Powers of Attorney prepared for former clients. If you are a former client looking for your documents, or if you are the estate trustee for a deceased client, please contact the office to arrange for release. Identification and supporting documentation may be required first.
Please note that Janelle’s practice is now focused primarily on real estate law, and the office no longer provides services in wills, probate, or estate administration. Like many sole practitioners, Janelle has transitioned her focus over time, and will no longer be growing these areas of her practice. That being said, any originals being stored with the office can be released to the appropriate party for use with another law office.
